Yeah, Joel, it's still available. From what I've read on forums (for what that's worth) Tiger gamed a Ping putter years and years ago. Upon going pro, he switched to the SC model he has now, but he liked the feel and feedback of the Ping grip so much, he keeps using it.

The PING putter grip of that style used to be available from Golfsmith with either white graphics or with the logo "blacked" out. (I haven't checked for a year or so.)

he's always used the blacked out ping grip, still using the same scotty though.

Watching coverage on NBC on Saturday, I noticed Tiger Woods' putter has a ping grip. Although the white in the lettering was conveniently gone, the label was clearly visible on a close-up shot. Is Tiger just using the ping grip or did he change putters recently?
