Did Tiger Woods say no to golf lessons for Jessica Simpson?

Posted at 5:03 PM by Ryan Reiterman | Categories: Hank Haney , Jessica Simpson , Tiger Woods , Tony Romo

Is Tiger Woods the one guy on the planet who would say no to golf lessons with Jessica Simpson?

According to several blogs, an unnamed source told In Touch Weekly, "Jessica is taking (golf) seriously. She even asked if Tiger Woods would give her some pointers, but he’s been busy with his new baby."

Simpson is reportedly taking up the game to get closer to her boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. Romo is a serious golfer in the off-season. Last year he tried to qualify for the U.S. Open at Torrey Pines.

Since Woods is busy, my suggestion to Simpson is to contact Tiger's coach, Hank Haney. After he's done with Charles Barkley, working with Simpson will be a piece of cake. The Haney Project: Jessica Simpson.

You're welcome, Golf Channel.

Hahahahaha everyone knows Tiger has weakness for BLONDES...so he wont do it because maybe wifie will beat the $#@! from him hahahaha HELLOOOOOOO

Really? Do you think he had a choice? There's no way his wife would let him! Good luck to Jessica picking up the sport. Golf needs more good looking women playing at all levels of the game.

Maybe she should go up to Big Sur and get some lessons from Bagger Vance. He has been up there for years helping Elvis, Bobby Darin, Janis Joplin and James Dean and look what he did for Junah! Now this guy IS GOOD!

Get serious...teach Jessica how to golf? What a waste of time.

Who could blame Tiger for turning down a looser, what would be the point anyway?

who actually cares and why should Tiger waste his personal time on this??

it's just another stunt for jessica simpson! she can't even sing good. Swing..no way !

There is a story that President Eieshower want to play a round of golf with Ben Hogan, Ben Hogan flat out said no so instead he asked Sam Snead which Snead did.

The moral of the story is Ben Hogan turned done the President of the United States who was a some body.
Tiger turned down Jessica Simpson because she is a nobody.

See my point.

Since the acting, music and fashion thing didn't quite work out, this is the next logicaal thing...

Next, she'll be playing in the Pro Am at Pebble with Justin. Why is it that we don't see ladies in the PB Pro Am, but we occasionally see them at the Bob Hope? Is there a rule at PB against women playing? Does Martha Burke have a new target?

She'll be sick of it in a month so it wouldn't matter anyway.

romo is a pretty good player, if he's not teaching her himself, there must be a reason.
tiger is too smart to fall for this trap. he has nothing to gain and everything to lose.

Nobody has that kind of patience...not even Haney.
