Video: Girl hits beer bottle with golf shot in extraordinarily dangerous party trick

Posted at 2:20 PM by Charlie Hanger |

We were hesitant to even show you this video because the dent in the beer bottle could well have ended up in someone's head, but it's a pretty amazing shot. After several viewings, it appears to be real, so the young lady does deserve some credit for pulling off this stunt. But please, don't try it at home. Someone could get hurt.

The can/bottle also flies back after the ball has gone past, and the trajectory of the ball doesn't change, it defies physics. Nice position at the top of the backswing though.

In addition to the beer can switching, she hits the ground before the "ball" -- i.e., fat -- no one who honestly believes they could pull off that shot with a driver would be the sort who would hit it fat; but someone who knows it's a set up would exhibit the sort of confidence she does and yet hit it fat. It's fake. She is hot, though.

Watch it frame by frame....(keep clicking the pause) You can see she misses the bottle by about an inch. I think there was already a bottle in the bushes!

Frame by frame...it looks like she missed the bottle by just inches. To me, this was a set-up.

LF, he has another bottle in his left hand way before she hits it...

Not a fake. If you watch the beginning, he always had a bottle in each hand; an empty for the target and one that he is drinking.

Nope, definitely a fake! Watch the guy holding the bottle. First, before she swings he has 1 bottle in his right hand. She swings, the ball takes the bottle out of his right hand. She runs up, excited that she pulled it off, and in the jostling the camera quickly pans on the guy who held the bottle. If you watch closely you can see that he magically has a new bottle in his left hand. In fact for a frame or two you can actually see the bottle 'pop' into his left hand.

That's fakery
