Cal fans boo Tiger Woods at Stanford game

Posted at 12:26 PM by Mike Walker | Categories: Tiger Woods

It's not exactly Philly fans booing Santa Claus, but Cal fans surprised Tiger Woods with a hail of boos on Saturday night. At halftime of the Big Game, Woods spoke to the crowd after being inducted into the Stanford Athletics Hall of Fame. Even though the game was played at Stanford, enough Cal fans were in the stands to rattle Woods just a little. You can watch it here:

Of course, Woods recovered from his momentary surprise and delivered the rest of his speech smoothly. Stanford wasn't so lucky, losing to the Golden Bears 34-28.
