Tag Heuer pulls Tiger Woods Ads in Australia

Posted at 1:57 PM by Rick Lipsey | Categories: Tiger Woods

Tag Heuer, the Swiss watchmaker and one of Tiger Woods's many sponsors, has ordered stores in Australia to remove advertising posters that featured Woods, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. The company claims the move is unrelated to Woods's unfolding infidelity scandal. "We change our campaigns probably four or five times per annum," said Phillip Richards, Tag Heuer's general manager in Australia. What do you think? Did the move just happen to coincide with the scandal, or is Tag Heurer distancing itself from Woods? Share your comments below.
