Truth & Rumors: 10-year-old shoots 82 to open U.S. Women's Amateur
Latanna Stone shot 82 in her first round at the U.S. Women's Amateur Monday, which is pretty good considering that she's just 10 years old.
That means she never saw the 90s. And she's too young to like Justin Bieber, according to a piece produced by ABC Action News in Tampa:
Much has been made of Stone's very un-10-year-old management, which includes a curated twitter account with a website in the works. But good to see her take on that "TV Man" with the juvenile grace of a kid who doesn't quite get how many people are watching. Or, one who just doesn't care. Either way, best of luck to Latanna in the rest of the tournament, which continues Tuesday at The Country Club in Cleveland, Ohio.
