Henrik Stenson's caddie treats himself to new Ferrari

StensonTalk about trickle-down economics.

With his employer, Henrik Stenson, on an historic hot streak, caddy Gareth Lord has enjoyed a windfall, pocketing enough spare change to purchase a Ferrari, according to the Daily Mail.

No word on the price tag of the sports car, but Stenson's earning power is hardly a secret. The resurgent Swede won $12 million in prize money in 2013, as well as $10 million bonus that came with his first-place finish in the FedEx Cup.

Stenson capped his stellar year this weekend by adding the Race to Dubai to his list of laurels.

And now his caddie has a car fit for racing, too.
