We're tired of our playing partners re-enacting the opening scene of Reservoir Dogs when it's time to tip the forecaddie so we asked the most knowledgeable men and women in golf -- the Golf Magazine Top 100 Teachers in America -- how much you should tip your caddie, forecaddie, locker-room attendant and even the guy who cleans your clubs.
