I cannot understand what criteria was used to justify Doral being named either a top course or top resort. As a member, I have to acknowledge that none of the five courses stands up to a truly good course or a nice resort. Greens fees, spa rates and charges are exorbitant for the quality given in return. Neither the courses nor the physical facilities (including the spa and hotel) are worthy of an elite ranking.

Your magazines Top 100 World list is very well researched and balanced. I would have liked to have seen more Irish courses but I think except for Waterville you have managed to include all the greatest 18s on the 'Emerald Isle'.
